- This is the origami artist whose works & tutorials got me into origami!! Shingu's tutorials are so easy to understand for me, and the resulting animal folds are sooo cute!!! Shingu has several books, and a great website called Origami Club full of free tutorials. You may have already seen several of their tutorials floating around the internet, too--often with the credit scrubbed off, sadly. (I came across the Crab tutorial and then hunted down the tutorial source and found so many more wonderful origami creatures to make!) I totally recommend checking out Fumiaki Shingu's works.
